The Craver's!

We {David & Courtney Craver} are wedding photographers located in North Florida but travel all around documenting one of the most important days in your life... Your wedding!  We love what we do and are so excited to see what we can create next!  We are each individual photographers which allows us to capture more weddings each year.  After meeting us, you will find that we have a passion is to capture your wedding!

{Courtney}

I love leaving a wedding knowing that the pictures that I created that day are going to make my bride feel amazingly beautiful.  If I can capture that look.. that emotion.. and her not even realize it.. I know that my work is done!  She needs to feel more beautiful on that day than ever before, and it is my mission to make her see it!  I love people... and I love what I do!

I also love {in no particular order}.. my two little boys {Austin & Bradyn} which I am sure you will see alot of on this blog, weimaraners, sports {preferably ones Austin is playing!}, my family, GOD, reading, watching TV on my DVR {is there any other way!}, my husband, flying on airplanes, New York City, Belize, inner city-missions, my Tampa friends....

{David}

Well... I ditto Courtney.  I never thought my family and career
could be filled with so much passion, excitement and adventure.  Being
able to work with my family, including the up and coming photographer,
Austin Craver, {he has a "business" called Austin Photographers
already} is a dream.  We have also been blessed to work with the most
fun and  sincere couples around!

David and I love that we are
able to work together in a business that is full of happy people full
of love!  We are so honored when a bride and groom chooses us to
capture their day.. we know what a HUGE responsibility it is!  Thanks
for checking us out and we are excited to hear from you!

Pensacola Magazine

Courtney & I just found out that Trish made the front cover of Pensacola Magazine’s annual wedding edition.  Trish was my bride, but Courtney shot this picture during her bridal shoot.  I ask Courtney to shoot all my bridals because there are few photographers that rock bridal shoots like Courtney.  Trish’s mom submitted this picture to the magazine.  Apparently there was a big contest that we won:)  -  DAVID

Courtney and Me Shooting

Courtney & I have been collecting pictures that we have taken of each other or our assistants have taken of us while shooting.  Here is a little slideshow:)

Portrait Work

Courtney and I rarely accept portrait work because we are primarily wedding photographers.  However, we do get requests from people that don’t take no for an answer:)  Plus, we capture many casual family shoots for our wedding clients.  This is a great gift that the engaged couple can give to there family members.  Here are a few of my recent favorites.  -  DAVID

The Knott I Jacksonville Vendor Party

I had the awesome opportunity to go to Jacksonville last week to shoot a party for the Knott Magazine!    The party took place at the gorgeous Epping Forrest Yaught Club.. it is beautiful there.  It sits right on the water and is surrounded by mansions! We are so happy to be able to advertise with The Knott.  It is a GREAT resource for brides to go to and find out everything they could possibly imagine about weddings!  I was amazed as I listened to The Knott speaker about all the things that they offer to brides! And I love that they grow with your family.. from The Knott.. to The Nest.. to The Bump! How fun! :) I was honored to be asked to be a part of the event and so were the other vendors that were participating! Uniquely Yours Wedding Events Specialists put the whole party together. Check out their website.. it was beautiful!  The Write Touch was there and provided beautiful paper products.  Choux Designer Cakes and Pastries provided some delicious cupcakes!  Entertainment and A/V provided the music for the cocktail hour and the luncheon.  The linens were provided by Linen Design.. and the videography was provided by the amazing Eric Torres of CollabCreation!  Each vendor left with a gift.. and in it was some amazing popcorn from Peterbrook Chocolatier!  Yuuum!  Their number is 904.398.2489.  And lastly.. the flowers were provided by Rose of Sharon.  They were beautiful and all smelled so good!

Thanks Karry for throwing a great party!  Here are some peaks from the party!

came up to us and told us it was the best and prettiest wedding they
had ever been to.  And Dad, Dad loved everything! He thoroughly
enjoyed himself and was so proud when people came up to him and shook
his hand, congratulating the guy who paid for everything because it
was just perfect…haha.  Thank you again for all your hard work. I
just can’t believe how perfect everything was! You are all absolutely
amazing and will definitely be doing Jenny’s wedding a few years down
the road:) I just can’t thank you enough!!!! Ahhh, everything was

Lila + Scott: engagement sneak peak

It’s been about four weeks since I have picked up the camera!  You could tell today when I finished Lila & Scott’s engagements with 438 pictures.  Don’t worry…they didn’t mind:)  The break has been good though.  Courtney and I will be ready for wedding season starting this March.  We have also been enjoying the holidays with Austin & Bradyn.  The onslaught of bookings lately has not helped with us keeping our blog current…so this is an official SORRY to all of our blog stalkers.  I will have a more thorough post from this shoot later.  I just couldn’t sleep until I peaked at some of these.  We ended the shoot with a cooking session…Lila is a baker.  Here are a few of my favorites.  -  DAVID

Bridal Shoot in New Orleans

This is a belated post.. but I wanted to post a few pics that I got this past November at the Pictage Partner Con conference in New Orleans. It was amazing and it made me LOVE Pictage even more. I had the unique opportunity to shoot with David Beckstead as well as Mike Colon. It was amazing and I learned a ton. Here are some of the shots that I got from the Mike Colon shoot! I love how he had the girls styled and the dresses that he picked out. It was so fun… I can’t wait until next year! (It is in New Orleans again!!!!)

~Courtney~

This is my fave… I LOVE her hair!!!!

So Many posts….

David and I have been busy! It seems that ALOT of guys proposed over the Holidays and brides everywhere are scrambling to get THE photographer that they have been stalking ever since they knew that this guys they were dating was special.  We have been meeting and booking like crazy… but we still have obligations to clients to fulfill so we have been editing and sending out CD’s constantly. So unfortunately, blog posting has been put on the back burner. Way way in the back.  We figure out clients would rather get the stuff in their hands. So anyways- needless to say we have alot of posts to catch up on. Hold on..

The Sublime Blog is about to EXPLODE with all kinds of awesome and amazing couples that said their I Do’s over the past few months.

Here is a small post of some shots I did of a dear family in our church that got deployed. We sent them off with tons of hugs and well wishes.. but I know they will be deeply missed! I had to post some of the girls that I took. They are gorgeous! If I ever am blessed with the opportunity to raise a little girl.. I hope they are as beautiful as these two are on the inside and out.

(P.S… I loved alot of them in color & black in white so bear with me!)

This is my favorite I think!!!

Thanks to everyone who follows Sublime Studios! There is alot in store so keep stopping by!
